Troubleshooting your internet connection
When you experience internet connectivity problems, please use the following tips to restore your
Service
  • Unplug the power cord from the back of the modem
  • After one minute reconnect the power cord to the modem
  • It will take up to 5 minutes for the modem to restart
  • When the modem is completely up and internet connection is restored the LED indicator on the front of the modem turns solid green
  • Check your internet connection by accessing a webpage on a web browser
  • If you still have internet connectivity problems then reboot your computer and repeat the above steps
  • Also verify that all the connections to your modem are tight
  • If you still cannot access the internet, please contact Husker Access Customer Support
 
Fax
Sending Fax
  • Scan the document using a scanner into a PDF or a TIFF file format.
  • Go to fax.huskeraccess.com login using your login id and password which are available upon subscribing for fax service.
  • Enter the recipient’s number and attach the PDF or TIFF file, click send.
Receiving Fax
  • Login to fax.huskeraccess.com using your login id and password and directly view your received fax in your browser window.
  • You will also receive an email on your specified email address when you receive a fax.
  • Receive fax anywhere as long as you have access to your email, without being physically present with your fax machine
Phone
Call Waiting
  • When the phone is in use and a new call is coming, you will hear a beep to signal a new incoming call.
  • Press “Flash and 0” to disconnect the new incoming call continue talking with current caller.
  • Press ”Flash and 1” to disconnect the current call and answer the new incoming call.
  • Press ”Flash and 2” to put current call on hold and answer the new incoming call.
  • Press “Flash and 2” again to switch back to first call and put second call on hold.
Call forwarding
  • Go to www.huskeraccess.com, login using your login id and password.
  • Go to PROFILE and under phone settings, EDIT the number where you want to forward your calls to.
Anonymous calling
  • Dial “#10” and then the number, will not display your caller identification to the receiving phone number
International calling
  • Available upon request.
Voice mail
  • Dial *97 for voice mail and related features.
  • Login to www.huskeraccess.com using your login id and password you can even set the number of rings after which to ask the caller to submit a voice mail.
  • You can even get the voice mail right to your email inbox as an attachment, just login to www.huskeraccess.com using your login id and password and select the option “Voice mail to email”.
 
Customer Account and Billing Information
  • Go to www.huskeraccess.com and login using your login id and password.
  • Go to PROFILE, where you can view your Account information, current invoice, invoice history, add or update credit card Information.
  • In profile you can add or edit your information like name, address, phone, e-mail.
  • Add your credit card information and start using auto recurring.
  • You can even get your monthly invoice by email or snail mail, just click the respective option in your PROFILE on wwww.huskeraccess.com
How to pay the bill:
  • Go to www.huskeraccess.com and login using your login id and password.
  • On the main Page You will see Due Balance.
  • Click on pay button.
  • If you want to pay full amount click on one time or click on other amount and enter the amount you wish to pay.
  • Select the mode of payment(check/card)
  • If you select Card fill all required information and click on submit.
  • If you select E-check Fill all required information and click on submit.
